IMPORTANT NOTE:
We use a luxury coconut soy wax blend that burns cooler and more slowly. It is not necessary to achieve a full melt pool on the first burn. You may notice wax hang-up on the sides of the vessel — this is completely normal and will melt away over time. This is not tunneling, but a characteristic of high-quality wax designed for a longer, cleaner burn.
